After-Sales Service Policy
Maker Fire strictly abides by the relevant provisions of the relevant national "Three Guarantees Regulations" and other laws, aiming to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, clarify the relevant provisions of the repair, replacement and return of related products, and conscientiously perform the responsibilities and obligations of repair, replacement and return of related products. If there is a problem with the product from the date of sale, you can enjoy the following services with the product purchase invoice or other proof of purchase:
7-Day Return Policy
Within 7 days of your purchase, if a performance failure as specified in the National Three Guarantees occurs and the distributor or manufacturer's technician confirms that the failure is real, you can choose to return, exchange or get a free repair.
15-Day Free Exchange
If a performance failure as defined in the National Three Guarantees policy occurs within 15 days of your purchase, and the distributor or manufacturer's technician confirms the failure, you can choose to exchange the product or get a free repair.
Free Repair Within12 Month
Within one year from the date of your purchase, if there is a performance failure as stipulated in the National Three Guarantees, and the distributor or manufacturer's technician confirms that the failure is true, you can enjoy a free repair( except for drone consumable parts ).
After-Sales Process

If the product is damaged due to any of the following circumstances, the three guarantees will not be implemented and the inspection and repair fees will be charged as appropriate:
- Expired three-guarantee period;
- There is no warranty certificate and valid delivery invoice, except for those that can prove that the product is within the warranty period;
- Failure to use, maintain, or service the product in accordance with the product manual;
- Installation, repair, modification, addition or removal of original factory configuration parts and software by personnel not authorized by our company;
- Flying in public places, over crowds or in dangerous areas;
- Flying in rainy, snowy, foggy, high altitude, extremely cold weather or other weather conditions not suitable for flying;
- Human operating mistake;
- Damage caused by force majeure.
